Launched in 2005, the INDH is part of a "Royal project" intended to reduce major socio-economic deficits and promote the economic integration of the poorest, thus protecting their dignity.
Its Third Phase, that was launched in 2018, has four main objectives: making up for deficits in infrastructure and basic social services, supporting people in precarious situations, improving income and the economic inclusion of young people, as well as the human capital impulse of the rising generations. Its programs have already supported 9,400 income-generating activities, 64% of which are in rural areas. They are now working on the employability of young people, entrepreneurship awareness campaigns, promotion of value chains and support for VSME project leaders throughout the life cycle, with the possibility of financing that could cover up to 70% of the project.
