About
Founded in 2000, the agency’s mission is to contribute to the organization and implementation of qualified employment promotion programs by the public authorities. To this end, it is tasked with prospecting and collecting job offers and connecting with applicants. It also ensures the reception of these applicants, informing and orienting them, as well as young promoters.
It supports the development of business plans and administrative and legal procedures. As for the employers, it makes it possible to refine the profile search, and sets up the “Idmaj” program, which encourages companies to hire new job seekers through “integration contracts” with minimum wage conditions and training requirement.
