About

Focused on social entrepreneurship, MCISE was founded in 2012 by a group of 17 social change enthusiasts. The association strives to find entrepreneurial and innovative solutions to Morocco's social challenges. In 2017, it joined the Ashoka network of "international change makers".

MCISE aims to "inspire, educate and develop initiatives and projects", by supporting them through coaching, mentoring, incubation, access to funding, coworking and networking. Its effort is based on five pillars: the market (Mayamin marketing platform and Wuluj crowdsourcing pre-sales platform), the community (Biennial Social Entrepreneurship Summit in Morocco, Ibdaa Award for Social Innovation), the space (Dare Space and Badir Center), the incubation (5 different programs in partnership) and education (DLab).
