This association of more than 200 active members, among the stakeholders of the solar sector, is a platform launched in 2014 – at the same time as the Moroccan Center for Climate Innovation (MCIC), founded by Masen and the World Bank. It aims to support the creation of companies in the Green Tech sector, to contribute to the emergence of a national industrial fabric of successful start-ups.
The services offered meet the needs of companies of all sizes across the entire value chain, ranging from support for creation, support for prototypes and the implementation of pioneer projects, technical and legal assistance, the proposal of green financing mechanisms, monitoring and economic intelligence, etc. The Solar Cluster has also developed the first B2B platform in renewable energies in Morocco: The Morrocan Green Business Network brings together more than 400 companies that have supported the development of more than 20 industrial projects and incubated more than a hundred startups.
