This employers' movement, founded in 1938, brings together 4,500 young entrepreneurs in Morocco around seven regional sections (under 45 years of age for elective functions, average age of 39 for members).
Mentoring, connection with business angels, investors and financial institutions... Its ambition is to promote new ideas to make the company both more competitive and more human, and to support any young manager who desires to improve his performance and that of his company. Present throughout the territory in more than 100 establishments, the CJD has 40,000 active former members and is part of a network present in France, Quebec, the Czech Republic, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania and Benin.
