Since March of 2020, Moroccan companies have been forced, due to exceptional circumstances, to implement remote work. However, some of them have maintained remote work to this day. Thus, it is no longer just a question of following sanitary guidelines, it is also a well-considered choice.
We are then witnessing an increased hybridization of work and an unprecedented flexibility of Moroccan companies. How, then, do Moroccan employees really perceive remote work? Do they feel well-equipped to perform their tasks effectively and increase productivity remotely? Are they ready to perpetuate the experience after COVID-19?
