A public limited company owned by the Moroccan state, TAMWILCOM capitalizes on its historical achievements as a Caisse Centrale de Garantie (CCG) to better contribute to the removal of obstacles to access to financing for MSMEs. TAMWILCOM is a public financial institution governed by the banking law. It represents the sole intervenor of the State in matters of public guarantee of financing.
In parallel with its guarantee activity, TAMWILCOM works with its partners in the financial sector to meet the needs of Moroccan companies, thanks to a range of financing mechanisms adapted to each stage of their life cycle. This generates a leverage effect capable of supporting the growth of the national economy.
Among its services, three directly concern companies, VSMEs and startups.
• The business guarantee (Damane products) aims to facilitate viable businesses' access to credit, by sharing the risk with the banks through coverage ranging from 50% to 80% of the amount of the credit.
• The financing of MSMEs is joint with the banks under advantageous conditions aimed at financing the investment needs of projects in sectors considered priorities by the State.
• Equity start-ups innovation financing accompanies initiators of innovative projects, from ideation to fund raising.
