Since 2001, ADS has been one of the main operators of social development policy in Morocco. Its effort is dedicated to the reduction of poverty and the promotion of social development, in complementarity with the other State instruments which contribute to reducing the social deficit.
The agency, which has 16 regional coordination offices across the country, provides supports, alongside its partners, through its national program for poor and vulnerable people with VSME or micro-enterprise projects “Morocco Moubadarat”. It operates through entrepreneurship training, support of the project creation idea and capacity building training of entrepreneurs and financing (honorary loan of 250,000 MAD).
