Promotion of Industry and Innovation Agency (APII)
About
Established in 1972, API is a public institution operating under the authority of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines. It encompasses 5 central and 24 regional offices that are in charge of implementing the Government's policy for the promotion of the industrial sector and innovation. As a support structure for companies and project developers, it seeks to provide services and products in the form of information, support, assistance, partnerships, and studies.
Among its offices is the Support Center for Enterprise Establishment (CSCE), which offers tailored support services during the phase of business project preparation. Such services include adapted training, proximity coaching (project study by an expert, financial and technical support, and a customized chart of accounts), hosting for two years for companies within an incubator (see specific sheet on the Business Incubator Network in Tunisia), and support during the subsequent development phase.
